Sean_WongContent great! Format confused¡Love the content If you’re studying Australia you have found a direct link into the Aussie zeitgeist. As previously noted the individual stories are listed AND for then for the whole episode search for the same PM the whole episode. Beware the Apple podcast app’s limitations ! It’s not the content providers job to fix the app’s limitations.

Traveling ChrisNot everyone has time for the full programSometimes I have five or ten minutes. This format works great. I am new to Oz, and appreciate the effort put into this programming. Thank you.

wishauntielistenedPMThe program itself is great, I've listened to PM for many years despite being outside of Australia. The reason I have to give it one star is the ridiculous format they have chosen to use. They used to put out the full program, so all the stories are just a single file which can be downloaded to your iPod, it's easy to pick up where you left off, easy to automate the download of the single file so all stories can be listened to offline. Now, they have shut down the full program and instead listeners have to laboriously, manually choose to download each story so they can be saved to an iPod. To make matters even worse, they have this ridiculous policy of expiring all the previous programs almost immediately, so it's near impossible to listen to existing programs without having to manually force the saving of each program because if you don't, the programs disappear within a day. This problem now magnifies with being forced to use the individual stories instead of the single file complete programme. Very sad that the ABC don't seem to actually use their own podcast and understand how their decisions impacts their users. It would be far better for them to adopt the single format file which matches most other podcasts instead of a go-it-alone approach.
