Wow - I really didn't know what to expect from this podcast or if it would even be relative to my line of work-but I can't say enough of how perfectly relative this podcast is for me right now in my career! I have always had a desire to create change and take things to a new level in the behavioral health field. This podcast has already inspired me to want to learn everything I can to enhance my leadership and become the leader I need to be in order to really create those big changes on a larger scale that could have positive impacts on more people across the world! Jake offers excellent insights over a wide range of leadership topics using his unique view and experices from his own life! His podcasts are clear not only on content, but also he is easy to listen to. I listen to most podcasts on 2x to save time, and some that I follow are horrible to listen to at that speed due to poor speech abilities of the podcaster. That is not the case with Jake. I can listen at 2x and still understand and absorb everything he has to say. Give him a try and you won;t regret it!
