I wish I would have found this podcast sooner. I’ve been managing our reviews strategy over the past few months, and the episodes about getting reviews removed are dead-on. Document everything. Bookmark the reviews policy/content guidelines for all OTA sites (and Google). If you message support to request removal, don’t just send internal screenshots & links - include a link to their own website to show the policy that’s in violation. Search Reddit for AMAs to see if any OTA employees have shared insight on how and when they approve review removals or cancellation penalty waivers.

Started listening to Tim’s podcast a couple months ago and just finished two day virtual event course which was awesome. Thanks a ton!

Very helpful info but when I subscribed to the rest methods info for the free ebook, the link never worked and I never got the book :-/

This guy kicks nonstop knowledge for topics anywhere from getting started, best markets for arbitrage, furnishing down to the plungers and where to store them etc. One of the best podcasts I found on the topic.

I can’t say enough great things about Tim’s podcast! It’s filled with great practical advice and insights for operating your short-term rentals unlike other similar podcasts. Tim does a fantastic job covering his past experience and current topics important to hosts. I especially like the shorter podcasts which makes it very convenient to listen to anytime.

Tim does a great job of taking his wealth of information and breaking it down to lessons that anybody can follow. I have listened to others but he truly understands how systems help to make everything run smooth!

He breaks down the short term rental process very easily, and quickly giving actionable items to consider for your next real estate venture. I am excited to get started with these tips and put them into action. He gets straight to the point, episodes are short but full of necessary information to follow up for further research later.

One of the best short podcast formats that has quick and precise information to help anyone getting started or been in the game for awhile automate their business.

As a Realtor and real estate investor for the lady 20 years, I thought I knew everything I needed to know about buying a short term rental. After listening to this podcast I realized that this was a niche worth exploring more. Tim seems like a knowledgeable, down-to-earth guy with valuable insight. I can’t wait to read his book and get more advice!
