I heard you on Coffee with Kailey… who's podcast I enjoyed as well! I just found you. I listen to you on Whine Down! I appreciate the honesty!! I wish I would have in 2020 when you started. But all things happen at the right time they say. I am still learning and finding my way… Lots of life & religious baggage… Every podcast I have listened to so far (still binging…) which is taking time because so much speaks to me I feel I have to revisit to really get the grasp. All of that to say, it feels like each chat (because I feel it more than an “episode”) feels like we are sitting down talking. As if you are speaking with me directly…. You have a unique ability to connect even though you are not sitting face to face. You are real, kind, and so relatable without being that pushy big sister type… 😉 (even though I am a bit older than you!) Some of the chats/conversations lead me to questions that I DM you... sorry not stalking you I promise! I just don’t have anyone in my life currently to talk about these things with. 2020 purged so much for me… Really reorganized personal relationships that I can now see was a blessing. But forgiveness for yourself is hard... rebuilding yourself is HARD! Especially in your 50’s! So, thank you for being that relatable and honest breath of fresh air! You have so many things to do as a stay at home mom and wife… It is not lost on me that you do not have to share your time with us! You are a true gift! If you started an online/zoom women’s group that is one I would 100% pay yearly to belong too! So Thank you! I appreciate you!

I listen to a lot of podcasts every week. This episode of one more minute was the best podcast I have ever heard in my life! I am incredibly blessed to not have depression or anxiety in my life, but this episode was so relatable and so touching. I truly believe it should be nominated for an award! Kristen is the best and real!

While I enjoy every episode. She went from super consistent to almost not making episodes then to randomly putting out one every couple months to putting out once a month. I just gave up listening when it became a job to go find the podcast to see if a new episode was out. There are other podcasts that speak of every day life and Jesus and The Bible.

I love each episode you put out, but especially loved your latest about FREEDOM! When you stated that “we might not be living our best days because we are stuck living in others unsettled worst days”, wow ~ that was SUCH a lightbulb moment for me! That explains exactly how I’ve been living all in one buttoned up beautiful sentence from you. I am SO looking forward to hearing you share your truth and your story because I too am one of those people you referred to that have lived similarly to you. And boy…when you shared that others have termed you opinionated (and much worse)….that is me too! My parents both say that about me ~ something I have never understood. Growing up with an alcoholic father, living on egg shells, not knowing what was going to happen was absolutely horrible. Forced to live a certain way as a child that I had no control over behind closed doors, but had to appear as though we lived another life on the outside was awful. I am looking forward to learning more about how to be free as you share more. Can not wait for your next episode! Love you friend!

I absolutely adore the heart behind this podcast. These are Words for those seeking self-healing, reflection, Jesus loving, boundary setting, and over coming word of wisdom. A true go to podcast for women wanting to feel included, Loved and “not so crazy” in their crazy. Kristen is magical and so well spoken. My heart is always full after listening to her share what she’s learned through life Experiences and what she continues to learn.

Kristen is a rare soul. Not only does she share the real real but she is hilarious. I always look forward to her podcast because she is real and raw but always lets me borrow hope!

This podcast is everything real that needs to be heard. Many relatable light bulb moments. Such an honest authentic and caring perspective on life. Very few people can make you feel understood and not crazy for your ideas on the everyday highlights and frustrations of life while still being uplifting and positive, she has that gift with her words. While she has a lot figured out and great advice she doesn’t hide behind a false mask of perfection. It’s clear she does not feel above her listeners and truly wants the best for everyone. Encouragement to live your best life and continuously improve without shaming for being in development and not there already. It’s not a lecture, it’s as if you’re sitting down with a close friend. So thought provoking on finding God’s purpose for your life to understand and reach your full potential without being preachy. A must listen worth your time!

Kristen is a light that you need in your life! I love listening every week. If I miss a week I love binging the episodes. She has such a beautiful heart and she is very authentic. Heard Kristen on the Whine Down Podcast and I have been following her since. There is something so honest and endearing about how she navigates life and motherhood. Her voice is soothing, she is well-spoken and articulate, and the way she expresses her points and stories are almost poetic. She just always seems to have the right thing to say, and she says it in a way that resonates with you. You know how in you group of friends, everyone has their role? Kristen is the nurturing, voice of reason friend. The one you can count on to commiserate with you, celebrate you, cheer you on, and lift your spirits. I look forward to this podcast weekly.

This is my favorite podcast! Kristen speaks such nuggets of truth that are like punches to the gut. I find myself checking to see if she’s posted another podcast, sad when she has not and telling my friends about her all the time. I tell them— we’d be best friends if we met— she’s my people!
