    Wow! Wow!
Doug Bopst’s podcast appeared on my Apple podcast Algerism and it exceeds my expectations. I just listened to the interview with Sahil Bloom. I had to stop cleaning, get my notebook out and follow along with the transcript. I’m often feeling down, in my 60’s, children grown , hopeless but there were so many inspiring ideas and reminders that my life is and can be amazing. Thank you so much.

    Re: how escape rat race
“Everything is divine”… This pod has been the best interview I have ever heard. I will go back and take extensive notes and buy this book. Thank you for your podcast. You have my attention. I listen to a lot if radio.(pids), and this one interview summed up a lot if struggle I have been going through r/t emotional intelligence. I think there was a lot of “how to”… in coping with feeling overwhelmed, with becoming increasingly aware of sense if self, with learning how to stop and count to 10. I got a lot of hope for continuing on how to build a better life through design.

    Relatable Impactful Real Life Insight
I have been a huge fan of Doug Bopst for several years, since I first heard his story on the Typology podcast with Ian Morgan Cron. What struck me during that conversation was how Doug not only turned his own life around, but his strong desire to help and support others grow through their own adversities and get to a much stronger, healthier and productive place in their lives. Doug is honest, candid, direct and so relatable. He keeps it real and does not shy away from hard conversations, hard work and the daily commitment it takes to stay on a better course. I love watching how his passion and career are fueling change in the best possible way. Whenever I need a boost — I turn to Doug Boost.

    Thought provoking
Appreciate the conversations, viewpoints and knowledge Doug provokes here. Overall health, including internal, is crucial and too many of us see it as a weakness instead of sitting in the discomfort and growing. Doug helps normalize this topic through his research and purposeful questions.

As a health and fitness professional, I greatly appreciate Doug’s insightful questions and how he makes it relatable to the everyday person trying to sort fact from fiction (it ain’t easy!). I’ll be sticking around to learn more about how Doug is using Fitness and this platform to help others overcome struggles and hardship. Good stuff!

    Feast for your soul 📝
Out of the heart the mouth speaks❤️‍🔥 Effortless, eloquent spoken words from Sahil Bloom. Wow.It’s easy to brush over and rush transition seasons of our lives but I agree, it’s important to slow down b/c this is where some of the deepest soul searching and transformation happens. Also my heart resonates with this: “You can learn so much from everyone you encounter if you open up to it. Understanding the human condition and all different walks of life and seeing it across a variety of people.” I loved everything about this podcast! And Doug, you’re so spot on and skillful with your selection of questions. Thank you both so much.

    Along for this podcast
I love the Doug Bopst Podcast, the Adversity Advantage. I think it is as relevant a topic for every American today. We’ve been fed a steady diet of dependence and fragility.... What do we do? For starters, listen to those who have taken a punch in the face and proven they are survivors. I sometimes struggle to get into new podcasts but the question asking style is smooth. I am glad to have found Doug when he was an inspirational guest on the Dave Asprey Upgrade Podcast on Apple iTunes. I’d recommend this as a listen for any young man particularly.
