This show has given me so much inspiration and appreciation. I have been with the millwrights for nine years now. I have started a Facebook group in my home state for Tradeswomen and got such little responses I thought I was going it alone. I love hearing from women that have overcame this and keep pushing forward. Thank you so much!!!

Knowing Judaline for years has left me expecting nothing less than what this channel has produced. These women are bold, fierce, strong, brave, courageous and most of all, educated. Very key. Their stories are inspiring and encouraging! This is such a great platform to help and encourage sisters to take the first step into becoming a tradeswomen.

It’s so wonderful to listen to women from the trades talk about life, challenges, their stories, and things they are doing to bring women together. In this pre-dominantly male focused industry, it is vital that our tribe of women sticks together. I love how Judaline always calls is sisters. Best podcast to learn, network, and grow women in the trades!

As a women growing up in a household were jobs had genders, it’s refreshing to hear this podcast. It’s organic, informative and inspiring. It empowers you knowing that these great women pushed the envelope in their industry and succeeded. Confirmation that you can do anything! Great podcast!!

Judaline Cassidy and her guests have excellent discussions about tradeswork and expanding the imaginations for all of us who never thought of the trades as “our” work because of stereotypes of either the trades or ourselves. These podcasts have brought me companionship and centering when I have most needed it as a newly promoted leader in my industry during the strange and isolating times of pandemic. I am motivated to continue making way for others to follow me because of the candid and engaging conversations Judaline brings about.
