Truly one of the best Fire Service podcast shows available! Jake is passionate for the fire service and training and has a great sense of humor. He interviews the well known Fire Service leaders as well as those not so well known but are trying to make their own departments better! Very insightful and enjoyable conversations.

Jake gives a warm, exciting, intelligent interview. His love for the fire service pours out of him and his knowledge of the subject makes for an excellent interview. I highly recommend !!!
