And you have the good fortune of hearing every word of their conversation. As you listen you quickly pick up on the fact that they are both deeply funny, have undeniable chemistry and are incredibly insightful of the movie they have just watched. That is the feeling you get when listening to any episode of A Breath of Fresh Movie. Without question this is one of the best podcasts to listen to if you are a fan of movies. So do yourself a favor and start listening.

This review is soo long overdue… as a listener from their very first show I can honestly say that this is one of the best film podcasts being produced. Breath of Fresh Movie is a box of colorful macarons for all the cinephiles! Chelsea and Victoria are witty, sincere, and insightful. I love their chemistry! These women talking know what we want to hear. They mix their podcast with researched and pertinent 411 on films and filmmakers, while always watching movies with wide eyes and a loving reverence for cinema. They challenge themselves to see movies that may not have appealed to them during theatrical release, then bring us heartfelt views on the films in our culture. BOFM is an ode to the craft of filmmaking and that’s what is so addicting about this podcast! I often find myself rewatching films that I have already seen, or viewing those that I was reluctant to sit for in a theater, just so I can participate in the conversation with fresh thoughts. Chelsea and Victoria, please don’t stop doing what you’re doing. I’m afraid I’ll have withdrawal symptoms if cookies… er I mean, Breath of Fresh Movie ever goes away. Chelsea and Victoria are great to listen to! You want to talk to them about each movie like you’re in the room. Their pod is my fave to listen to while relaxing and not wanting something as heinous as my usual true crime fare. Plus they are both incredible writers and actors in their own right, see them live if you can!

These two women do a great job looking at all kinds of movies; old, new, drama and comedy. They even did a great review of a war movie. I’ve started watching newer movies just so I can see what they have to say about them. I’m a big fan!

This podcast is great for anyone who wants to hear rich conversations between smart, kind people who really think about how film works. From the importance of a script to thoughts about the interactions between producers and directors and actors, this podcast is awesome.

I love films! This podcast is very funny and feels like exactly what I want in the sense that I have an immediate need to talk about movies right after I’ve seen them. So much fun!
