allisonashA fresh approach to burnoutThis podcast is a must-listen for every high-achieving professional or anyone who holds themselves to lofty standards. Dex’s approach to burnout is fundamentally different than other burnout “hacks” we see all over social that simply tell you to improve your time management skills. It’s like a hybrid of great MIND management solutions meets practical self care. Plus his stories are awesome.

KdiddlzRockstar Episode (3 physicians)I feel grateful that I encountered Dex as a coach for one of my personal sessions through The Life Coach School. Long story short — it was wonderful. This episode is amazing because of the detail of the experience of these 3 docs and how much I identify with it, as a physician trained circa 2000 (before work-hour restrictions). And their description of going through coaching is equally detailed, compelling and inspiring. It should be shared with all hospitals administrators, government officials, the AMA, the world. Great work, Dex. Perfect for men AND women to listen.
