Ashley KeaveneyGreat episode!I really enjoyed listening to this episode and how it highlighted many different aspects of recovery for athletes. I liked the part about sleep and how each athlete has their own approach to how they are going to get quality sleep. Studies can be done on them in order to offer each athlete with helpful sleep advice but it really is about them finding their approach for quality long term sleep with the help of that advice.

Tim and Phil conduct superb interviews with fascinating guests, and I learn a lot from every episode—and I don’t even play basketball! Great insights and amazing, often moving stories. Can’t ask for more than that!

I really appreciate how this podcast marinates a multitude of topics that can be implemented and utilized in all areas of life. I was particularly intrigued with episode 12. To listen how one of the greatest athletes of all time used his mind to separate him from all the rest was special. Looking forward to what’s to come.
