    Disappointed
I so appreciate what these ladies are doing. I listen regularly to the podcast and I am also a loyal customer. I agree with so much of what they have to say. In listening to their most recent podcast however I was so disheartened to hear Ashley uses the tired old mantra of “blame the white men.” I am over it. I agree with you that man has a problem with thinking that we can do better than nature, but that is neither a “white” nor a “man” problem. My race and my gender have nothing to do with that bigger issue. It’s not my fault and I am tired of being racism into matters that have nothing to do with it. “Thinking we can outdo nature” is a problem shared by people of both genders and all races. Please think through things like that before you say them.

    Intelligent, balanced and sane!
Love these ladies. Down to earth but highly informed. Just good informative stuff to guide you on your healing journey.

    Finally Some Sane Information!
In the world where extreme dieting is the norm and not the exception, Rooted in Resilience brings a breath of fresh air and sanity back to our world so grateful for the vast and deep information on the physiology of our metabolism and our body. I’ve been working on healing my metabolism for about a year and a half now And I couldn’t be more grateful!

    Outstanding
I wish this podcast was available many years ago! I unfortunately went down the same road of extreme fasting and over exercising that was all the rage in the male biohacking community. I’m now in my early 30’s trying to heal my hormones/body and this podcast has been a huge help! Love the guests and topics you cover - keep up the great work! (On a side note, please increase the volume on your podcasts as it’s often very quiet even when the audio is turned all the way up) ;)

    Truly groundbreaking
Thank you for your work. I’ve been listening to health podcast for years, and this is the best one yet. Some sound issues, but premium content. 💯

    Best Podcast
I look forward to this podcast every week! They always have the best guests and provide content that is informative. I can truly say their content has changed how I look at my health, what I am eating and how much I am eating. It’s changed my relationship with food; for the better. It has also helped me see through a lot of the dogma currently out there, I look forward to new episodes.

    Interviews with Kathleen!
Love their willingness to have these conversations. I would LOVE to have Kathleen back and talk specifically about pregnancy, breastfeeding and postpartum and how the depletion and unavoidable stress impacts us and how we can keep ourselves out of a low energy availability state:)

    May 7th interview with Georgi
The podcast stopped abruptly in the middle of Georgi’s explanations. Could you re-upload the podcast? He was explaining cortisol.

    Great guests
This content really speaks to me and I really appreciate the guests they pull on the talk about specific topics and and nuances. I cope with some of the same health issues the sisters have delt with which makes the content particularly informational. But I do feel like I leave the podcast often afraid of my lifestyle choices. It feels often like the messsage is “live fully this way or you’ll never find health.” Which is unobtainable for most.

Love the Strong Sistas and love this podcast
Ashley and Sarah are two of my favorite people to follow on social media and I LOVE this podcast. They are both so incredibly intelligent and I love hearing their thoughts and wisdom on so many important topics. They are also super fun and entertaining and their guests are great.

    Love the Strong Sistas
I’ve been following these girls since the carnivore days, bout 5 years now, and I just think they’re the bees knees. They’re so genuine, and really love helping people, the environment, and animals. I’ve seen them grow so much, learning so many different modalities to heal through damaged metabolism, mold, auto immune conditions etc. I’m so glad they’ve made a legit podcast now and have a diverse guests list for all sides of healthy spectrum.

Great podcast - issue with sound
I’m very grateful for both of you ladies and the abundance of knowledge you share! My only negative feedback is that I had a lot of difficulty hearing you both. During the first episode I could barely hear Sarah, and in the second the sound was going in and out the whole time. Maybe it’s just an issue with my phone but I wanted to share in case. 😊

The podcast you need to follow in 2023
These girls have such gold to share. Their story is incredible and I loved learning more about it in episode 1 and can’t wait for all of the fun and information convos to come. Listen and follow along and the info and experiences shared WILL change your life for the better.
