I absolutely love listening! I found this podcast this year and decided I had to start listening from the genesis! I’ve been loving the interactions between Jason (his sarcastic impressions crack me up every time) and Emily (her sense of humor and story telling are amazing)! Keep up the good work!

Hey, I was wondering what probiotic you were talking about. You said something about ruderus or as Jason said uterus . My husband has always had a weak immune system. And I was wondering if he is missing this healing in his gut biome. Can you please give me the name of it? I don’t have social media.

Jason and Emily are very entertaining to listen too. At times, it feels like you are sitting in their living room, just listening to them chat. It’s a very chill podcast where they often recap what’s going on in their day to day, while also discussing the research/facts about certain “crunchy” topics. The content is definitely more editorial style and light hearted. Jason offers the comic relief that everyone wants and Emily offers more of a stoic approach that does create a balanced podcast. I think most folks that care about a healthy, non-toxic lifestyle in every way possible will enjoy this podcast. Even keto people might like it.

I like that on their Instagram account, Emily seems like the chaotic one. But in the podcast we find out it’s actually Jason who is unhinged 🤣

You two are a hoot. I hope you keep this up for years to come.

This is one of my favorite Wednesday podcasts. Jason’s faux outrage voice is a little cringy, but otherwise this chit-chat style podcast is entertaining and it seems not-inappropriate for young ears. You guys— I remember an ad from Quince but I can’t find your code either mentioned in the show notes for the past couple episodes or in the links in your instagram. Can you please make the codes easy to find? Now a different podcast is going to get the credit.

I love listening to the two of you talk about all kinds of stuff. I tend to be more of a listener, so it’s nice to catch a conversation between the two of you on my walks or while I do chores around the house. Love the voices, Jason; don’t stop. My husband does the same thing to me when he pokes fun; I always enjoy the teasing.

I love RVC’s IG, but I won’t lie to you when they came out with the podcast at first I thought what is the point of this? Just a bunch of silly banter it seems. But today as I am driving in my car with 1 hundred million things on my mind, it was so nice to just listen to Jason and Emily chat in a light hearted way. I finally get it, guys! Thank you for this podcast!

The way the podcast hosts share their honest thoughts and experiences on the show is SO refreshing! There are many times I will be listening and bust out laughing. It’s my favorite podcast since episode #1, I never miss an episode.

In response to a recent episode...please, oh, please don't change a thing! I listen for the humour and Jason's weird voices. Whoever complained about that is just plain wrong. It tickles me every time. And I don't need another educational podcast, clean humour is much harder to come by. Keep the content coming! You guys are a bright spot to my Wednesday routine.

I have really enjoyed this podcast! I rarely ever laugh out loud when I’m alone and listen to comedy, but you two have made me laugh so much! Had no idea how funny Jason is! Emily is the “lost twin” of my best friend and it’s almost creepy how similar they are.

Do you know how hard to find a podcast that isn’t full of curse words, or sexual double meaning jokes? Thank goodness for the hilariously enjoyable relatable podcast. There’s no other podcast I consistently look forward to listening to. I’ve been listening since the beginning, I can’t believe it’s almost been a year! The older episodes are definitely worth digging up, for more recent listeners. I’ll be listening with my headphones on and Jason and Emily have me laughing out loud the hardest I’ve laughed in a while. Jason - I love “the voice”! I couldn’t stop laughing about “stay in your lane,” or the episode when someone asked Emily to use more variety in how she actively listens to Jason, “I could see that.” You guys turned it into an inside joke and it made me feel like I was part of your inner circle to witness the creation of that joke 😂 Thank you for committing to at least 1 more year, this podcast makes my day. And Emily, I care about your pie crust recipe, and the plants in your yard! Basically any subject you address that Jason finds boring, I think to myself “I’m paying attention!!” Please, tell us more about your garden, show us more in your reels! There was mention on the last episode of doing a dinner party once a thousand ratings were reached, and 🙋‍♀️ would 100% travel for that. But seriously, love to listen to y’all and see who you are as people rather than just the characters you play in your videos. See so much of my husband and I in you, especially that you’re just 2 people trying to make the best choices for you and your family in this crazy world. Looking forward to many more podcast episodes. (But only as long as you stay in your lane. 😉)

I love the podcast, love the youtube content. I just have to say I came across RVC on Youtube Shorts and thought it was genuine and not satire and I wasn't offended. I know you two deal with a lot of backlash over jokes and stances etc but honestly any normal person wouldn't be offended even if they didn't agree they don't have to accept every truth you accept. They don't have to be crunchy either to enjoy the content. I started leaning crunchy when I had my first child and she refused to eat eggs off teflon pans. Now I use all stainless steal and I buy my eggs from my aunt who owns 12 chickens, and my daughter eats eggs for almost every breakfast now. Also Jason, I laugh every time you do "the voice", and even before knowing anything remotely crunchy I always was disgusted by crock pot plastic liners, whose idea was that anyway? Emily, you inspire me to be a crunchier mom, I'm about to dive into making bone broth again along with my sourdough bread, cookies, waffles and crackers. I successfully did Keto in my early 20s and lost 40 pounds, my aim is to do it again in the near future.

I love this podcast! I just love the dynamic between Emily and Jason and I look forward to listening to this every week!

It’s official, I cannot listen to this podcast while driving. The last two times I had this on in the car while driving through my home of rural Montana, Jason’s quirky and unhinged comments had me bowled over, eyes barely able to stay open, and in that ‘chuckling but breathless’ state, trying to maintain control on the road (thankfully it’s the great wide open out here in MT!). Their playful banter keeps me engaged, and their topics are interesting and relevant in today’s world. Was glad to hear they have some rationality when it comes to conspiracies, and be sure not to let Emily know where your homestead is, if you have one. ;) If you live intentionally, care about our planet/our impact on it, and want to laugh, this is the podcast for you. (After Jason’s umpteenth plea to leave a review on Apple podcasts, I finally gave in. Looking forward to that giveaway of the “Really Very Country” black-market t-shirt!). ;)

Seriously though, I love this podcast. Emily and Jason are fun and relatable, and a joy to listen to. (And yes I would buy the book, if you wrote it.)

I have listened every Wednesday since the first episode dropped, and I enjoy each one so much! Super wholesome entertainment I can listen to with my kid and still feel like I’ve got to listen to something for me. OK, you got me. I'm really just writing a review because I want you to read it on your podcast, lol! Good tactic 🙂Here is my most embarrassing moment. About 10 years ago, my husband was pastoring a church in Virginia. One of the younger women in the church asked me to come to her baby shower. They were playing a game where everyone had to bring (new, haha) panties for the mom to be that THEY would buy themselves and she had to guess which person brought which panties. I bought the panties I always buy, which are the cheapest cotton Hanes underwear I can find. The mom to be opened everyone's "gift." Everyone had given her these cute, lacy, trendy pairs of underwear. She opened mine and said, "who brought me THESE? Do people actually WEAR these? This HAS to be a joke!" Everyone laughed! "You can wear them when you're eight months pregnant!" "Those are some real grannie panties!" She looked around the room and repeated: who brought these? I had to sheepishly raise my hand, bright red and totally embarrassed. "Oh, it was the pastor's wife. That was a funny joke!" 😂 Mhhm, yeah. Joke. 👀
