    Very Inspiring!
One of my biggest takeaways from his podcasts is the idea of how consistency is the key to success! If you do not turn things into a habit you will not see a change.

    The BEST!
I first discovered Dr Perry on YouTube with his Big 6 routine. Once I watched one video, I couldn’t stop watching. And now I enjoy listening to his podcasts. He is an absolute wealth of knowledge and the information he delivers is so incredibly valuable- especially for someone like me healing from a chronic health challenge. And he does it in a way anyone can understand. Through my struggles, I learned the importance of the lymphatic system to our health but he takes it to another level! THANk YOU Dr Perry for all that you do!! You are changing lives!

    Wonderful Discovery
This doctor is truly the real deal. He cares, which sadly is missing a lot in healthcare today. I’m so thankful I found him. I’ve forwarded his videos to family and friends.

Dr. Perry always brings amazing content
As the podcast says, its full of knowledge bombs and brain booms! There is always solid content and I have discoverd so many health related pioneers in so many fields from hearing them on this podcast. He always brings on quality, and qualified guest speakers; plus he is a great interviewer. I'd give him 10 stars if I could.

Great discussion with Capobianco! Only issue is last ~20 minutes are difficult to listen to with the guys literally talking over each other. Editing may be the issue...

    A Rare Breed
Dr. Perry’s podcast is one of very few (at least from what I’ve heard) that features the most effective and interesting experts in the context of HOLISTIC health. He consistently makes connective insights, but also lets his guests speak! At length! Great listen.

    Awesome Podcast

    Good content, bad audio quality
This podcast has some great content. However, most of it is unlistenable because of the audio quality. The volume level is very low with the host sometimes being very quiet and the guest being very loud - painful to listen to with headphones (try normalizing the audio). Invest in a proper mic and some minor post production and this would be a five star podcast.
