Shrieks 233896How about “how to ripoff parents”PAAM creates FOMO in pressuring parents to sign up, and then even if you need to cancel, or move a class; they charge you $40. So, yeah the email marketing is working for sure! But maybe not in the right way. If you need to cancel a class, or your child is too scared to go into dance for anxiety reasons even for the first class, they don’t refund any $. So, for example, 6 dance classes cost X, and even if your child doesn’t go into the class and take one class, they will keep half of X and give you the other half for a class in the future, and they have kids on the wait list, waiting for a spot. As a parent, this is a way to lose clients. I took my kids out of PAAM due to their policies and it’s well known in the area they are very money hungry.

lrdancedirectorInspiration!I love to start everyday with a podcast, it really helps me get in the mindset I need for productivity. I struggle at times with how to inspire my staff to ‘get on board’ with the vision, especially during times of chance. Today, I needed to hear Clint talk about inspiring staff. The recommendations he made for knowing the whole person and being mindful of helping them with their own success was my ‘ah-ha’ moment! I’m going to be checking out the book suggestion on love languages because that is definitely going to help me connect on a whole new level. Thank you Cliff for the inspiration!

TheDancingHouseMamaI've been looking for this! This is practical, real advice and tips on how to run a dance studio better without rambling on and on. Although Mr. Sulter could, his voice is dreamy. :) I love how gracious he is in giving his tips and where one should aspire to, without making me feel less than. His heart is genuine in helping others. If you're looking for a dance studio podcast, this one is it! So well done.

Maggie KazembaThe struggle is easier!None of us got into this world of owning a dance studio because we thought it would be easy...or if we did we quickly realized how wrong we were! Finding Clint (through Studio Success Formula, Dance Studio Owners Association and this amazing podcast) has changed my life. I no longer feel alone in my struggle, and hearing Clint talking with the best in our industry or simply giving us advice straight from his mind and heart makes me feel connected and inspired. The truth is, Clint cares that you succeed. Anyone who is ready to transform their studio, and themselves, by taking it to the next level should DEFINITELY subscribe!

Wsu2005More Clint PleaseClint! I love when the podcast features JUST YOU! I want to hear from you- and only sometimes hear from experts. YOU were the studio owner- not the online marketing executive & you know what these experts are talking about, so let's hear it from your point of view! You have value and expertise and you can contribute to our lives! Keep up the good work.

mickgun24So helpfulMy wife and I have owned a studio for 7 years. After listening to Clint's podcast, I have been given a new enthusiasm for the work and look forward to implementing these new ideas in the over the summer and with our upcoming school year. Not only is the information very helpful, but Clint is a very engaging host. I recommend for not only dance studio owners, but for all small business owners.

Extreme Motion Dance StudioKimberly Fitch Podcast (finally a lightbulb)I've been a studio owner for 8 years in a small agriculture town and have been trying to figure out how to grow my business in a very diverse community. I needed some guidance and feel lucky I stumbled across Studio Success Formula podcasts. Listening to Kimberly Fitch's interview turned the lightbulb that was slowing dimming back on and I realized I'm actually doing many of the rights things, but not as intense. I need to increase marketing, our brand, and invite guest choreographers in! I'm revamping my studio for our 2015/16 season so these podcasts have been a blessing for me and helping me prepare. I feel that I can compete with the big dogs now!!
